Quantum Beats Drum Machine App

Quantum Beats is a really weird drum machine that lets you sequence beats using probabilities. The goal of this project was to create a device that would leave the user feeling inspired. In addition to the standard drum sounds like kick and snare, Quantum Beats has unusual sounds like ray gun and bubble. There are also several probabilistic effects such as bit-crush, accent, and ring modulation. Download it on the app store here.

This app was my final project at Western Michigan University; it took two semesters to complete. I intend to improve it in the future by adding more drum sounds and features.

Update: Quantum Beats 2 has been released! This new version contains reverb, saturation control, and a retrigger effect. Check it out!
