Generative Film Score

As a project for Audio Programming I, this program, made in Max, generates a film score using a looping phase technique similar to the one used in Brian Eno’s Music for Airports. The user enters in the timecode length of the segment that they wish to score, and draws a graph in time of the three variables: mood, speed, and chaos.
